Wonderful Getaway

Had a wonderful weekend getaway. Property was clean, and cozy. Host provided all our needs and a very nice snack basket for us and our pet. View was amazing as well.

I don't leave reviews often. This rental was great! The location was good, the king bed was amazingly comfortable, the views were breathtaking, the rental was VERY quiet.

Convenient to town, great view, comfortable home

Very impressed by the view as well as the comfort of the home. The kitchen was well-stocked, the home was clean and cozy. Loved our visit and our hosts!

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and the owner had thought of everything we needed for our stay. Even chocolate on our pillows when we arrived. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the view was beautiful! We will stay here again.

Great Place!

It was spacious and wonderful with a great view. This place is even perfect for someone with mobility issues, all one level. We loved it and so did our dog! Will definitely go back.

Mountain Breeze was wonderful!

Lisa has a wonderful place to stay and has thought of everything you could need! The attention to detail was exquisite. I will definitely plan another stay as it was so easy to get to food, Harrahs, and the Tuckaseegee Gorge where I like to kayak.

My experience here was amazing. Simply out - what my heart needed from a small southern town experience. Communication with the owner was seemless, very spacious accommodations, and awesome locally owned restaurants with friendly locals. Beautiful views to boot!!

A fantastic Lisa’s house!!!

It is so clean and well organized. Everything is carefully prepared and comfortable. The heating is good and the scenery is amazing. And it is very calm and peaceful. I highly recommend Lisa’s house to you.

We loved the view. This is a nice place to have morning coffee while taking in the view. It was clean, quiet and very pet friendly. The only thing I would change would be to add more lighting and perhaps a first aid kit would be handy. The beds were really comfortable! I would stay here again.

Comfy above Sylva

Waking up to a beautiful mountain view is a great way to start the day. My dog appreciated the treats and poop bags supplied, my son and I liked the beds, wi-fi, and reclining sofas. Located only 10 minutes from Sylva Main Street food and brews, we will definitely try to stay here again when visiting western NC.

Great place to stay a few days!

Everything was wonderful with some special touches for us and our dogs! Although there was overhead noise late at night for about an hour. But it is a nice area and spacious place with a view.

Nice home and great neighborhood.

We had a nice stay in a very clean home. We didn't realize there was another home on the property with other people around the house and shared laundry room that looks into the kitchen. Despite that, we had a very nice stay.

Family 4th of July Mt. get-away

We felt at home here from the beginning of our stay to the end. Parking was good. Pets welcome. Home was very clean and little unexpected extras were very appreciated. It had a gorgeous view and very comfy beds. All the important things were definitely checked off. It was not far from town and many other points of interest. Great food in town too!

We were in town for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Convenient location, great view, and well appointed apartment. After receiving instructions from the owner the day before our arrival, we were left alone and felt as though this was our own home. The snacks and chocolates on the pillows were a nice surprise. Great Mountain Get Away

Overall good property. Listed as house but it's a downstairs apartment. We are lite sleepers and the barking dog woke some of us up. Wonderful view from patio of mountains.

Immaculate with an Incredible View

Cozy 2 bedroom with a porch facing the mountain. Lisa included nice touches, from snacks to a little treat for our pup! The location was 10 minutes to town and the roads weren’t bad. In addition to the thoughtful snacks there was coffee and board games. The furnishings were comfortable and the house was very clean. We would stay here again!

Perfect GetAway

There were a few things that did not function properly. The bathroom door would not latch and there was a terrible septic odor out by the garage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt the house was nicely decorated and clean. The Patio view was lovely. The snacks in the kitchen were thoughtful.

Disappointment

The picture on VRBO was from the top deck of the property, not the bottom where the rental was located. There were loud noises coming from the apartment or home on top of the rental. TV’s were difficult to work. Ice dispenser had blue tape across it on the front of the refrigerator as it was not working. Have not used ice trays for years. The bedroom was very dark even with all the lights on. Not a very pleasing experience. I felt like it was lacking a welcoming appearance. There was dust under the bed and cobwebs in the corners of the bath. Not very pleased at all.
