"We have been staying here for a couple of years for business, but this was the last time. If there is an event going on locally it is just too noisy. There is not enough insulation or sound barriers between rooms and doors. We were awakened by rude guest talking and slamming doors after midnight and children running up and down the hall. Not to mention we had to pay roughly 65.00 more than usual."

"Really the perfect location set up a homebase when you’re visiting this part of North Carolina. Both Hayesville and Hiawassee downtowns are just a short drive. The screened in porch faces east, in the morning it is perfect to sip your cup of coffee or tea. Unwind and watch the birds, squirrels, bunnies, groundhogs, and the deer that travel through the property in the mornings and evenings. The Mountain View is perfect. Watching the “smoke” rise off the lake and the mountains in the distance is why one goes to the smoky mountains. We have stayed here many times and we keep coming back for all these reasons. Thank you for keeping the cabin so inviting."
