Earlier check In to be considered for online .
Good Early check in chargeable is disappointing and we made early check out also on same day but paid extra 500 is bad. This could be avoided in Chennai as many hotels are 24 hrs in central station I am highly disappointed in this matter.

Kamer niet hygienisch personeel ok
Kamer was niet netjes met zeer vieze beddegoed en baddoeken. Douche had koud water en na klacht kregen we een ander kamer. Maar badkamers zijn echt niet schoon en ze zetten een spul waar je over je nek gaat. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam zij deden hun best om het een en ander te herstellen. Helaas is hotel gewoon zo. Wel erg ver van de airport, ook door de zeer en zeer drukke verkeer daar. Ik denk dat VijayaNagar centraler ligt voor niet lang blijvende toeristen. Ontbijt was ok.

We had to pay cash for everything.
Unlike earlier when everything was billed and we paid on check out, this time we had to pay cash for everything we bought including food. The quality of food has also gone down. We had Breakfast and Dinner at the hotel but the food was not up to the earlier standards. We regret for choosing this hotel, though we have been staying for last five years.
