"Hotel was clean and easy to access. You can literally walk across the street and into the airport terminal. Was able to turn in the rental car the night before and not have to deal with it before flight check-in. Very convenient!"

"The front desk staff was wonderful in helping us resolve 3 problems - one was with our reservation; then they called to say we had left a cane in the room. It was one of our hiking canes. They have gone over and above helping us have an enjoyable stay, for which we are very thankful, especially since we were stressed because a family member was in hospital. "
