This beautiful, bright, airy, spacious and peaceful house is 10 min to the beach, centrally located, 20 min to Tulum, 40 min to Playa Del Carmen and to the most visited cenotes. Villa Kuxtah is a brand new home where you can retreat yourself in the jungle and relax by the private Chukum pool. This contemporary house was designed by a well-known Mexican architect inspired by the Mayan culture. The interior captures a minimalistic Boho style using wood materials from the region. It is located in Santuario Tulum community, patio, 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and pull-out beds each with an en-suite bathroom,. kitchen, living room, parking space, WiFi, air conditioning, washer and dryer. Only 10 min drive or 12 min bicycle ride to the most beautiful beach in Tulum Xcacelito. This Villa offers all within reach, 5 minutes to local restaurants and stores, near stunning cenotes like Xunaan Ha , and 5 min to park Xel-Ha, 30 min to Xcaret Park and 17 min to Tulum Ruins. The villa is away from crowds and noise but yet centrally located to tourist attractions.

Swimming pool must be supervised by adults at all times and is the responsibility of the guest. Do not dispose toilet paper, tampons into the toilet
Clean linen sheets, towels and basic cleaning are included one's a week. Additional cleaning /services are extra. Laundry is available 15USD per load.
No parties allowed at the villa. Max. sleeping capacity is 6 ppl and there is a charge for any overnight visitors that weren't register during booking
