"We really enjoyed our stay on the castle property! The rooms were very clean, service was attentive and prompt, and access was easy. The castle exterior is impressive and has been well-kept. The castle interior is now more of an exhibition space than anything resembling castle quarters or museum. But again, that is the castle. The hotel rooms themselves were ornate, clean, and beds were comfortable. We reserved one of the bridal suites, so we had an abundance of space. Overall, it was an excellent value for money spent. Oh - and the breakfast was impressive! Eggs, bacon, breads, lots of fruit, and excellent coffee/cappuccino (of course!). Delicious! And the dining hall felt very much like it was part of a castle... a fun experience. Thank you!!! If we are ever in the region again I would not hesitate to stay at Wasserschloss Klaffenbach hotel. :-) -Andrew Braun"

"The location was absolutely fantastic with everything we needed just a short walk away, and we really liked the convenience of the electronic entry system, no keys to worry about. The shower and kitchen were perfectly fine, too. That said, the room itself was a bit disappointing. The bed creaked with every tiny movement, the blinds were worn and let in a lot of light, and the pillows were like saggy sacks of cotton, making for a pretty uncomfortable sleep. The information said to contact any issues via messaging system as opposed to phone call, but they never responded."

"Lovely hotel in Zentrum close to the train station. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was so nicely updated with lots of thoughtful touches. Quiet and restful. We would stay here again. "
