"An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. "Outstanding staff. I didn't really need help with anything, but I saw they were helping many other guests with myriad transport issues. Oh, and compliments to the chef! It's not a convenient walk to downtown/beach, but they offer free shuttles back and forth roughly every 2-4 hours. "

"From a local, Stonetrail is the best place to stay in the Indian Bay Area. From myself, this place is really great. I really like seeing a clean place with excellent customer service. Check-in was lovely and the staff has been so kind, gracious, and simply pleasant to be around. They are in their own league and I believe other resorts and islands in the Grenadines(I won't name them) can take some pointers from the staff, grounds maintenance, and amenities provided to guests whether they are visiting the island or are residents, you can't beach the walk to the beach which is separate from the property. I consider that a positive as it decreases the potential foot traffic that is seen in some of the other resorts. With the resort being smaller there is better quality compared to neighboring resorts."
