An great option, in the middle of town, for those coming on business or wanting to explore their small and quaint town. This hotel provides you all the amenities youd need, also equipped with a rooftop restaurant and bar for all of your meal. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and courteous.

A lovely historic hotel, very helpful front desk and wonderful breakfasts in the roof top dining room. Convenient and central for exploring Kingstown. Air conditioning in the room was very nice to have. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel needs some upgrades and they need to work those long steps lol. This hotel Is in the middle of town with no parking so don’t rent a car if your going stay here. This hotel is just what you will pay for and receive.

I did not patronize the bar or restaurant, because of operating time constraints, relative to my schedule. However, I was disappointed in the quality of service rendered, knowing the reputation of the establishment. The house/room cleaning service left little much to be desired. In a ten (10) day stay at this establishment, there were only three visits to the room, of which the linens were changed once. Bath towels were changed twice, and visible soiled face towel and used wash cloth were never changed or replaced. The only thing that was done fairly regularly was the removal of the garbage. Compounding all of this service failures, for days dead cockroaches could be seen in the walkway of the ground floor, just outside of the hotel rooms. I lodged a friendly complaint with the front desk, not with Ms Beth,and was told it would be taken care of, unfortunately, two days later as I was checking out from the hotel, the situation was still the same way. That is a real lapse in effective management. I will only return to this hotel if and when I am assured of improvement in service and cleanliness of the surroundings.

Convenient location in Kingstown

Always a very convenient location in Kingstown with friendly. I love staying in the historic building however more maintenance is needed.

Very friendly staff. Right in the middle of town - a bit of traffic noise, but that was ok for me. Walking distance to the ferry port, centre of town and (a longish) wallk to the botanical gardens.

Historic building located in heart of Kingstown. Lots of vendors and near the open air market. Port for ferry to Grenadine islands in walking distance. Rooms could use some updates and it can be noisy in mornings when vendors are opening for business.

Charming and wonderful historic step back in time feel everywhere. Great location and fantastic food at the adjoining restaurant. **WARNING! Whistling Warbler bird monitoring/technology was on site and when I say on site, I mean directly within the echoing walls of the property and near windows. The noise at night was so extreme I was not able to get a full nights sleep as it was like having a screeching alarm continuously but randomly going off. While we all want to fully support eco projects of course, it was a very poor choice to have the system disrupt the ability to rest comfortable.

Upon my arrival, the staff at the front desk was professional and welcoming. The room was clean - the AC was on full blast. My only issue with staying at the hotel is no access to lunch and dinner on weekends. However, my overall stay was a pleasant one.

The condition of the hotel was much better than expected and in a great location. The room I was given was huge. Unfortunately the water wasn't working amd couldn't shower whilst I was there.
