The food was very expensive in relation to the hotel - and difficult for us as we were a mix of vegetarians and other needs. It was a great experience and value for money. Great hot chocolate- in the best cups and saucers. "

"Hotel is situated at a good location within the old town. Nevertheless, taking advantage of this to deny any functionality or care to bathrooms in rooms and to common places in general is just not fair considering the prices being charged. A shower with full mold in grouts or a hand held shower head with broken height adjuster is just simple disrespect to not only the industry being part of, but also to the guest. This is my second stay in the hotel and it's getting worse as time passes. Never again!"

"We stayed in Annecy for one day on the way from Geneva to Courchevel. The hotel is very conveniently located in front of the train station and a short walk from Old Town Annecy. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!"
