The check in process went well. You have to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave the hotel which we found odd. Everything you enter you have to give your room number and receive your key again. The hotel is about a 13 min walk from the metro station, which is convenient. My husband found women’s hair rolled into a ball in his clean towel (this was not mine). There is no safe, which is a must when traveling (passports and extra cash). We were supplied with one bottle of water in the room when we checked in. I assumed they would replenish it daily but they did not.

The shower was not draining and overflowed. They did fix the problem that day so I was able to take a proper shower later that day but for the high price I paid for the hotel…the shower should have been in working order. The grout between tiles in the bathroom were also dirty. The staff on the other hand was very helpful and responsive!

"I needed a place near the train station for one night of good sleep. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet so I got what I came for. However, I arrived after hours and the front door was locked so I had to wait for some other guests to arrive. It was self-check-in which was not ..."
