"We stayed at the hotel for just one night and had a really lovely stay. The room and bathroom were of a very high standard and tastefully decorated. Our host was very welcoming. The evening meal delicious! Would we stay again? Absolutely! Thank you."

"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."

"We had a really good overnight stay at the Hotel Epona on our way to Italy. The room was lovely, the whole hotel is immaculate and comfortable. We will definitely stay again "

"Very clean spacious apartment in a quaint town. There was great communication with the owner and after a phone call on arrival we easily obtained key for checking. We had a delightful room overlooking the river and it was reasonably quiet. The only noise was late at night from some noisy teenagers in the street below. "Nice hotel, excessive heat in bedroom & no air-conditioning. So fans should be provided. Good restaurant. Departed at 7.30am on Sunday morning, breakfast not available before 8am. Would have been been nice to have tea, coffee and a croissant. Totally understand later breakfast on Sunday, but should offer something. "
