"We absolutely loved this little pocket of heaven. Perfect sized house for three people. So clean and minutes away from St Elmo strip. After long days spent in downtown Chatt, walking, hiking and exploring, we looked forward to coming back to this oasis and recharging. I miss it already and we are already looking at future dates when we can return! The owners were very quick to respond and super sweet. All to say, you should stay here :)"

"We highly recommend this unit. We cannot say enough about the breathtaking views of the Tennessee River and mountains. Flowers, singing birds,and beautiful butterflies add to the beauty as well. Kayak use is free and is an added bonus. The unit was very clean and well stocked and the grounds were well kept. It was such a peaceful place and a hidden gem . "The staff was great. Friendly and helpful! The property is clean and easy to get to from the interstate, great location downtown. Close to the Aquarium and a lot of good restaurants as well as Coolidge park. Onsite restaurant was great, water front overlooking the Tennessee river with a huge patio and open air dining room and bar. Breakfast is included and parking is free if you have a permanent disability license plate. Overall I had a good stay "

"Front desk lady was super sweet! I booked the wrong room and I was there with family for a wedding and she put me on there floor. She was so understanding and sweet! The room was so clean and I overall had a great stay! "

"We got in pretty late (12-1AM) and the front desk guy was so friendly. When I asked about potentially checking out late, he signed us up as a member to get this perk and noted our late check out. Didn’t catch a name but he had a septum nose piercing. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillows too. We loved that there was a black out option for the window/pull down curtain. Breakfast was okay but I wont complain, we did get there late so it wasn’t as fresh lol. But lots of options though! And...
