People were friendly and the hotel was clean. The heating/air seemed faulty. It was sticky overnight but still sleepable.

Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga Hamilton Place
Everything was clean, staff was awesome. Complimentary food was good, but other food and beverages were quite expensive, but I guess that’s to be expected. My only gripe is that the pool area was too loud and echoed a lot. But overall it was a great experience and we will be returning.

The front person, Ms. Elijah was very nice and kind and helpful for us. We had an issue with the A/C unit on the first evening and Ms. Elijah and the team resolved it next day. Thank you very much!
