  • A premium riverfront property with it's own waterfall. Wake up to the sound of the waterfall and have your morning coffee on the deck over looking the river.

    The home sleeps six and has new luxury appliances throughout including over, fridge, washer and dryer. High-speed wi-fi makes it easy to work remotely or stay longer, pets are welcome and the gas fireplace keeps evenings cozy.

    Outside you'll find outdoor kitchen and a fire pit. The driveway has room for a trailer so you can bring your boat or snowmobiles.The property is a quiet rural area in the township of Chatsworth. Markdale is 15 minutes away for groceries, coffee and restaurants. Owen Sound is 25 minutes away for shopping, dining, galleries and the Georgian Bay waterfront. Blue Mountain resort is about an hours drive in winter. Grey and Bruce county offer more than 3,600 Kmof groomed snowmobile trails, downhill skiing at Blue Mountain and cross country skiing and snow shoeing close by.

    In summer and fall, you can hike the Bruce trail, visit the waterfalls near Owen Sound, golf at Cobble Beach on Georgian Bay and see the colours along the escarpment.
