"We didnt even stay in the room, my girlfriend was so upset about how cold it was in the rooms( the windows had been left open). There was dirt on the floors in the room and the bathroom. She also couldnt get any warm water out of the taps."

"We were stopping in Chatham for the night on a road trip of southwestern Ontario and I remembered that we had stayed here a couple years ago.
