It benefits from a neat interior with a large comfortable living room, and 4 beautiful bedrooms as well as an equipped terrace. <br>Its ideal location between the beach and the market will allow you to enjoy your stay in peace. <br>The villa is an exclusive place for a relaxing moment by the Atlantic Ocean.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE - LINEN SUPPLY:<br><br>For stays of less than 7 nights, bed linen and towels are optional:<br><br>- 15eur double bed with two bath towels<br>- 10eur for a single bed with a bath towel<br><br>To be specified when booking and to be paid on arrival.<br><br>We provide kitchen towels and dressing gowns.<br><br>ARRIVAL: From 16:00 to 20:00<br>We do not live on site, so please take note of the following information in order to welcome you in the best conditions.<br><br>CONTACT US VIA COURIER, BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION, FOR ARRIVALS AFTER 20:00.<br><br>Depending on our availability, we will be able to move to welcome you between 20:00 and 22:00. A "LATE ARRIVAL" package (20:01/22:00) will be paid when you hand over the keys as follows <br>8:00 pm – 8:59 pm: 15 euros<br>21:00-22:00:20 euros<br>AFTER 10 P.M.: NO KEY CAN BE HANDED OVER if it has not been planned and accepted by your host before your reservation.<br><br>DEPARTURE <br>It will be for 10 a.m. (10:30 a.m. maximum)<br>Thank you for:<br>- Clean/store your dishes <br>- Take out your rubbish (kitchen and bathroom)<br>- Remove your sheets<br>- Leave the accommodation in good condition<br><br>TRAVEL COT<br>If you would like a travel cot, please inform us at the time of booking to be sure of its availability on the day, please note that sheets and mattress toppers are not provided. <br><br>You will receive explanatory messages, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.<br>The number of the person in charge of welcoming you will be communicated after your booking confirmation.<br>Thank you for your understanding.<br><br><br>The villa comprises:<br>- A large cosy living room with living room, dining room and a large kitchen equipped with new equipment (induction hob, microwave, fan oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all kitchen utensils.)<br>- WC on the ground floor<br>- A large terrace/garden with dining table, garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ.<br>- A covered area with private access to park your vehicle and a shower for the return from the beach.<br>- A small terrace at the front of the house.<br><br>Upstairs<br>- A master bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm) – access to a balcony.<br> - A bedroom with two single beds 90*190cm.<br> - A children's dormitory, on two levels, with four single beds 90*200cm <br>Each room has its own wardrobe.
