The house has been completely renovated and equipped with new equipment. It has an entrance, a living-dining room and an equipped kitchen opening onto a shaded south-facing interior courtyard.
It has a master suite, a large bedroom with a 160 bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with 120 shower and vanity unit with large mirror.
It has another bedroom with bay window overlooking the interior courtyard, a 160 bed and a wardrobe; above this room, a mezzanine has 1 sleeping area of 120.
The inner courtyard is ideal for a moment of calm relaxation; it is equipped with a barbecue and a garden furniture.
A second bathroom is composed of a large shower, vanity unit and large mirror.
 2 separate toilets, one of which has a hand basin.
the living room sofa also allows 2 quality beds in a 140 bed.
For your comfort, the house is equipped with a TV, an internet connection (WiFi and TV), a washing machine, a dishwasher and central heating with instant hot water production, and high quality bedding.
We provide sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers, tea towels and hand towels.
The house is functional for 2 couples with children.
you can take the train to go for a walk in La Rochelle. The journey takes about ten minutes.
