Located on the top floor with elevator access, come and enjoy this one-bedroom apartment for 3/4 people with its PANORAMIC SEA VIEW. It comprises a separate entrance leading to a living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining area, a balcony with garden furniture, a kitchenette (induction hob, multi-function microwave, small refrigerator), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a shower room with toilet. The sofa bed (120 cm) in the living room provides extra sleeping space suitable for one adult or two children.
You have free and unlimited access to the tennis court (free of charge) and the communal swimming pool (open July-August subject to health regulations).
The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).
Cleaning is optional: €60.
Linen is optional: €40.
Tourist tax is extra: €1.10 per person per day (except for those under 18).

un appartement conforme a la description.tres agreable une vue a couper le souffle.emplacement ideal tout peut se faire a pieds. tres propre.je recommande cette location.nous y retournerons..
Arrivée via une agence immo pour la remise des clés mais au top. (Habituée mobile home camping toute la France). Logement parfait, il y avait TOUT ! En plus vue sur la mer, accès à la piscine privée, météo avec nous ! Parking privé ok mais les places y sont chères, donc il faut tourner et tourner dans Chatelaillon. Quand on a compris ça, on fait tout a pied dans la mesure du possible !

l'appartement très agréable mais le clic clac difficile à manoeuvrer et il manque de prises électriques
pour les novices de la plaque vitro ceram peut-être une petite notice!!!

Bon séjour. Belle vue sur mer depuis l’appartement
D’après l’annonce il s’agissait de deux lits de 80cm de large. J’avais même téléphoné à l’agence pour me le faire préciser. J’avais donc apporté les draps en conséquence. Mais sur place il n’y avait qu’un lit de 1m40 de large!
La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte.
A part cela nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cet appartement avec belle vue sur mer.

résidence très bien siruée : près du centre du casino de la plage d'un espace vert .
petite ville de chatelaillon agréable calme . station familiale avec un urbanisme a taille humaine.
appartement loué un peu daté des années 80 . neccessiterait un peu de restauration notamment dans la
salle d'eau.Petit balcon minuscule de 1,5 m X 1,5 m .Parking collectif sans places reservées donc parfois pas de place disponibles ! . Agence Orpi super pro et sympa .
Ce fut un séjour délicieux: commerces, plage à proximité. Visites aux alentours. Animation.
Le stationnement nécessite parfois de l'éloignement mais ça ne risque rien.
