"Wonderful stay in Sarlat! Excellent and varied breakfasts. It was a bit of a walk up the hill back to our room, but the restaurant recommendations our hostess made were excellent. The only critical observation was that the internet connection was spotty. We would love to return when the weather was warmer so we could use the beautiful swimming pool."

"Hotel is in an excellent location with paid parking directly outside. The rooms were clean, fairly well equipped, and looked to have been recently renovated. Bedding and pillows were comfortable, although not luxury. Everything is within easy walking distance. There is a very basic bar on site, although it was fairly quiet during our stay, possibly due to travelling in shoulder season. Staff were friendly and courteous, even advising us that the nearby public car park would be free overnight on Sunday rather than paying for hotel parking, which was appreciated. Overall, very good value for money and a pleasant stay."

"Fabulous stay at Jean-Marc’s house! The house is really well built and the layout is perfect for multiple couples or a big family. The house was very clean with very nice linens and towels.The pool was a highlight—just big enough to swim short laps and enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen and living area are also great with everything needed for meals.Finally, the location can’t be beat. It’s walking distance to town and a short drive from castles, gardens and Lascaux. Hopefully we’ll be back!"

"Perfectly situated in town, close to everything. The staff was incredibly helpful. They helped me with substituting a pillow and I slept like a dream after that. The breakfast provided is delicious! Highly recommend this place."
