"Room was very spacious and lovely bathroom and facilities. I was just a little disapponted by the fact that online it said you would get an hour access to the Spa during the stay but it was €60 for 3 of us. And there were a few stains on rhe sofa bed . Other than that is was very clean and staff were great 👍 "

"Room was basic, breakfast was not worth the money, staff smells, maintenance staff not accommodating to guest, bathroom sink was clogged and it took a day to fix, glass in shower area was wobbly and almost at the brink of breaking, towels were not clean. "

"Hotel lobby looks really nice. The rooms are very basic, and unfortunately don’t have enough plugs for a family’s electronics and devices, especially by the bedside. The shower in our room was broken (tap cracked - risk of injury as we nearly cut our fingers ) so we all ended up having a lukewarm shower. The restaurant was severely understaffed, but luckily our waiter was very kind and helpful. "

"Great location if you want to go to Disney or into Paris, as the hotel is located very close to the RER station (one stop to Disney and about minutes into Paris). Note: there was no fridge or coffee or amenities of any kind in the room. "

"Check in and check out easy and staff very friendly. Room was really clean and exactly what we needed. Beds were really comfy. Breakfast was superb. Buffet style with huge variety of choices including hot food. Great location close to Disneyland. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
