"Nous avons informé du problème avec internet, celui-ci n'a jamais été résolé et aucun suivi n'était fait. Nous devions aller leur demander à chaque fois si l'internet était résolu. Aucun discount ou suivi lors de notre départ n'a été fait, ce que est dommage. "

"The hotel itself was fine and convenient for our drive to southern France, however the dining was extremely limited and poor. We ate in the restaurant which was only serving a buffet. It was poor for kids meaning they barely ate anything for €30 each. My fiancée, myself and my 9 month baby were then extremely sick throughout the night likely from the chicken we tried. I informed the staff on check out and emailed the hotel management, yet have never received a response. An extremely disappointing experience from a usually reliable hotel chain. I will not use this hotel or chain again. "
