The accommodation has a large balcony (accessible from both the dining area and the living room) where you will find a small garden table with 2 chairs to get some fresh air with a coffee while admiring the unobstructed view. If you turn your gaze to the right, you will be able to see the cathedral.

The entire apartment has been refurbished and most of the equipment present is also new.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need: fridge, extractor hood, built-in dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot plates, plus all the utensils usually used to prepare your meals.
The kitchen is open to the living room, with a bar behind which there are 2 high stools so that you can continue to chat with the person who cooks.

The dining area is spacious and very bright thanks to a bay window. It includes a round table with 4 chairs.

At the back of this room, separated by a glass roof is the living room which offers a second very comfortable sleeping area for 2 people and which allows privacy for those who sleep there.

The bathroom opens directly into the bedroom. It offers a bathtub with shower screen. There is a large mirror above the sink. And you will have a hairdryer at your disposal.

The apartment has fibre that will allow you to browse the web for work as well as for relaxation.

Nearby you have the opportunity to take a long walk along the banks of the Eure, where you can also let off steam thanks to a sports field.
You will also be less than 15 minutes walk from the centre of Chartres and its shops and cinema.

You will also have the opportunity to visit the medieval part of Chartres and its cathedral which is part of the World Heritage Site. One of its particularities is to have 2 different spires: a Gothic and a Romanesque.

There are of course a whole bunch of other attractions: Maison Picassiette, the Odyssey, Chartres en lumière...
