Luxurious Waterfront Condo in downtown Charlottetown,

Just a 15 minute drive from the Charlottetown airport and you will be downtown on the waterfront living the best a contemporary life has to offer within beautiful historic Charlottetown. This modern 1300 sq. ft condo suite is within a three- story complex of exclusive, privately owned residences. Your unit on the second floor and includes elevator service and indoor parking. It also offers a full, up-close, view of the cruise ship harbor and marina. .

You are a short walk from historic Great George Street that leads the way to PEI’s legislature building, Confederation Centre of the Arts theatre, art gallery, artisan shops as well as many excellent restaurants. Confederation Landing Park is next door. Step outside and follow the boardwalk as it follows the harbour, passes the Lt. Governor’s home and leads to the city’s largest park that features nature trails and 10 tennis courts. All of this within a 10 minute walk.

There is no need for a car if you are staying within the city. If you do decide to rent a car, you are centrally located to travel the beautiful countryside of PEI where you can choose to play at some of the most scenic and challenging golf courses in Canada or enjoy long walks on sand-dune beaches scattered along the coast line of the Island.

Lovely waterfront

Very clean, comfortable and quiet waterfront condo. Excellent location walkable to everything. Tons of great restaurants around, parking is appreciated, bed comfortable. And so fun to sit on the balcony and watch the ships come and go! Would definitely come again.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay! Right in the heart of everything in Charlottetown, but also a short drive to Cavendish and the north shore. They thought of everything! The place was immaculate! Such a beautiful Condo!

Beautiful Waterfront Condo

This condo on the Charlottetown waterfront exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats come and go. There is a park next to the condo that featured a market on Sunday. We didn’t need a vehicle as we walked to the shops and restaurants. We didn’t have any issues and the owner was extremely helpful. One suggestion would be to have a sign in book with pertinent information like TV channels, emergency numbers, recycling, composting and services that are close by. We will definitely be back to this property.

Perfect Charlottetown Condo for 2 couples

Visited this picturesque island for 4 days. The condo was the perfect home base for exploring. We enjoyed the marina view and the lovely amenities in the unit. Perfect place for 2 couples. Fred and Jeanie were great communicators and greeted us .

Great Getway

The location is perfect because of its wonderful view and walking distance to so many things. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Fred was great and organized us on arrival. We rented a car, and I was happy to have assigned parking. I would highly recommend a stay here. We will be back, hopefully for longer next time.

Very comfortable downtown Charlottetown condo

We spent a long weekend in this fabulous condo when we came up for the shellfish festival. Our host was lovely and accommodating and the space was perfect. Centrally located, very comfortable and well appointed. We had fun drinking coffee and watching the cruise ships come in from our little balcony each morning. We had everything we needed to cook a meal and were steps away from an awesome coffee shop, wine store, and food hall.would absolutely stay here again!

An Excellent Stay

We have stayed in this building 4 times now and this one is our favourite. Fred is a wonderful, accommodating person. The unit is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location is ideal to enjoy walking to all that Charlottetown offers and the beaches are only 30 minutes away. PEI is a special place and being able to stay here makes it even more special.

Home away from home

It was wonderful and we looked forward to mornings to enjoy the water views. We were surprised when a huge cruise ship docked for several hours. Lots of restaurants which were just minutes walking distance away. Owners went the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant from start to finish.

Great getaway to Charlottetown

A very beautiful condo in a great location. Overlooking the water, a great view of the cruise ships coming and going. Easy to walk to restaurants. Hosts were very accessible and helpful. Had an easy drive to other sights on PEI. Parking was great. There’s a very nice coffee shop 5 minute walk away.

Perfect rental for Charlottetown

This condo met our needs and then some. It is in comfortable walking distance of many great restaurants and also the Westin Hotel where we attended a conference. The balcony provided a great place for relaxing and viewing the harbor. We enjoyed meeting our host, Fred, who personally check us in and introduced us to the property. I would highly recommend this rental for a quiet and well-located stay in Charlottetown.

This condo is certainly 5 star and in an incredible location. Almost everything with in 5-30 mins walk. lots of stores near the condo and eatery. This condo was the best, cleanest and well stocked place. The condo was so quiet and even though near the cruise ship dock was so quiet. I have stayed through VRBO. I would definitely go to PEI again and stay at this condo again. Thank you fred (owner) for the pleasure

Great location

Love the location and the condo was exactly what we were looking for. Ithe only thing missing was central air. There was air conditioner in main area but not bedrooms. There were floor fans available so we used them. It was a hot week that we weee there. The condo also provided underground parking which was nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
