Lovely woodsy area minutes from downtown and all wineries and points of interest. Apartment offered everything we needed and hosts were friendly and fun! We were invited to their happy hour bonfire in the backyard fire pit! Such a treat!

Fantastic, homey apartment.
The apartment was very cute and clean and had everything we needed. Linda and Richard were so sweet. They became like old friends in a short time. The setting is absolutely beautiful, but is a great location just a short drive to downtown Charlottesville and many wineries!

Peaceful Location
We had a peaceful weekend. We felt this location was a home away from home. Mornings were spent sitting outside on the private patio. Woods were nearby and cows grazed in the field next door. Quiet. Owners were friendly and welcoming.

Great Hosts in Idyllic Country Setting
Enjoyed our visit to this downstairs apartment in Charlottesville. The hosts are super-friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the location is just 10-15 minutes to areas we were visiting around UVA and Charlottesville.

Wonderful place and people
My friends and I had a great time here - the whole property is beautiful, with seating, a pond, and flowers in the front and forest in the back. The indoors was very clean and welcoming. Linda and Richard were easy to communicate with and even offered to make more specific recommendations based on our interests. They were super friendly and hospitable and let us join their bonfire with their friends! We hope to return soon!

Close to Cville
We had a wonderful time in Cville the VRBO was close to town and other sites. The unit was clean and comfortable well stocked with extras for cooking. Linda and Rich are on site and very helpful and enjoyable. We slept very well and might of been the comfiest bed we slept in.
