Cozy cottage-15min walk to historic downtown mall!

We hope you enjoy our newly renovated and updated central air conditioning upstairs and downstairs 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 2 free parking spots in the heart of Charlottesville.

Our cottage has everything one needs and is conveniently located within walking distance to the historic downtown mall, amazing restaurants, and local coffee shops around Belmont area.

Our place is just under 10 minutes drive to the grocery store, Monticello, Carters mountain, Jefferson vineyards and many more!rd
The space
The first floor of our home has a spacious , natural light-filled living room with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and board games. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with a large farmhouse table that seats up to 10 people. You'll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a small island and access to the backdoor to a large fenced yard. The first floor also has a fully furnished bedroom with a queen size bed and a reading nook. There is a full bathroom with amenities including hair dryer, body, and bath essentials. You will also have access to the basement with a washer, dryer, and detergents.

The second floor has two large bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has a king size bed and a trundle twin beds that can accomodate up to 4 people and 3 closets with extra blankets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a large shelf space and an en suite bathroom.

Good value for a great location

We rented this house for 4 adults to stay in for a weekend. It was a good value for the price, and was adequate. The house and furniture are fairly dated, the master bathroom was not great, but for a great location and price we would stay here again. We would recommend this for a group who just needs a place to stay and not looking for the house itself to be the center of their trip. Safe neighborhood, convenient to walk to multiple coffee shops, and good parking spots for 2 normal size cars.

Great weekend for UVA Football!

This is a great property if you want to get together for a long weekend with friends in Charlottesville. My daughter goes to UVA and it’s extremely close to UVA as well – about a five or six minute drive down the road. The property is well-maintained and the host was very attentive and available to answer my questions.
