  • Modern living in the heart of one of Charlotte’s most desirable and safe neighborhoods, Dilworth. Staying in Dilworth offers easy access to many bars, unique restaurants, local coffee shops, boutique filled shopping, and quick access to the city’s largest park, Freedom Park. This is a non-smoking home :)

    As a guest of ours, you will have 24-hour access to a fully loaded fitness and conditioning center, a large salt-water swimming pool with sundeck, yoga room, a entertainment lounge, tech lounge with Mac stations and FREE barista coffee bar, rooftop terrace with fireplace, and sky lounge seating with skyline views

    Guest access:
    Guests will have access to all of our great amenities, including the rooftop terrace, grilling areas, pool, gym, and more. The single key-fob that we provide will grant access to all facilities.
