"Breakfast was awesome, staff great, hot tub was hot. My only problem was the housekeeping staff woke me up at 7 or 8am on checkout day, They came in twice, then called twice and then came in one more time. That part was weird and aggravating, but the rest of the visit was amazing. Hopefully they figure out the housekeeping issue. I recommend this hotel. "

"Worst night of sleep we have gotten traveling. Even ten floors up, we could hear everything on the street all night long. Lights are bright. Beds uncomfortable. Bathroom door did not lock or hold so we put a trash can so it wouldn’t slide open while one of us was in there. People came in late night, loud. Also, valet is the only way to park. $55 per night. Plus tip. Yikes!!! Very basic room. Hanging hooks are on the walls for your clothes. Very little table space to put things down on. There is a bar on the check in floor- maybe you need to have a drink to sleep well. Billed/booked for two nights and left after 1. Have never done that before and we travel a lot. Tough day of driving 7.5 hours after lack of any sleep. Manager wasn’t available in the am to discuss refunding the night we didn’t stay. Overall extremely disappointing and definitely, definitely do not recommend. "
