The house has a great layout and square footage. Outside of the house/yard needs some TLC the wood stairs to walk in from outside are burned and broken. The house was clean the front living room has a scent of dog urine. What I do recommend is new mattresses and pillows they are uncomfortable . But the house has everything we needed

The interior of the house was nice accept the stale smell throughout the house. The outside of house was unkept. The grass wasn't cut and the bushes were not tirmmed at all. The back deck needed to be cleaned and there was spider webs on almost every door and window with spiders. The pictures that was posted online about the outside was inaccurate to say the least. There was a fallen tree in the backyard that looked like it was there for years. Nice location, but the outside upkeep was not as advertised.

The positives are that the square footage of the house and layout definitely was nice &room enough. Property is in need of updating the outdoor landscaping is severely overgrown. The back porch step to enter the house is dangerous. The benches to the dinning room table are not usable they wobble and are dangerous. The rugs that are in the house leading upstairs severely stained. The ceiling in the kitchen dinning room had several stains and patches due to prior water issues. We had an issue with the drain in the master bath

Beautiful home and very nice neighborhood.

Very nice place to stay. Had 8 adults for a 4 day weekend and were all very comfortable. Would recommend it for anyone staying close to Charlotte, the airport or Lake Norman, all less than 20 minutes away.
