Beautiful expansive home, minutes to restaurants, groceries, etc. but completely peaceful and quiet once you turn on the street. Multiple living areas allowed the grownups, kids and mom/baby to each have undisturbed space. Weather did not allow use of large deck or firepit, but both are lovely. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for large or extended family.

The home met all of our needs. It was great having 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The location was quiet and we loved seeing the deer visit us early in the morning. It was also super close and convenient to get to everything.

Family stayed for graduation party in neighborhood near by so location was perfect very clean and loved the coffee set up. Honestly only negative was master bed was pretty hard. Otherwise host was very nice and responded quickly to questions.

Mary's communications before and throughout our stay were extraordinary - we knew what to expect, and the property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The location was convenient for both golf courses we played and about 10 minutes to the Blue Line station where we took the train to Uptown. Home is in a nice neighborhood, and we would definitely stay here again. The snacks provided were especially welcoming, and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall a great VRBO property. Recommended.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The place is fully equipped and very clean. We were contacted by the owner upon arrival to make sure that everything was okay. The home is very spacious and we were never in each other's way (4 adults and one 15 yr old).The best part was it was located 5 minutes from my daughter's house and the wedding venue. I would rent there again in a heartbeat!! Thanks Mary!!

I was in search of a 4 bedroom home for 4 adult women. Hence, everyone needed a REAL bed with their OWN room. This house had that and EVERYTHING else we needed. The house was in a great location, near restaurants to doordash food. The house was clean, well organized and beautifully decorated. The owner was oh so nice. She made sure I knew all I needed to know before coming to her home. She made sure her home had everything we needed at the home for the evening. My guest were supper impressed with the home and hospitality received. We are all ready to plan for a full weekend stay. If you need space, comfortability, peace, with a beautiful back view.....book this jewel of a location. You will not be disappointed. Also, more parking is available! And, all my guest slept like babies in their rooms. The beds were very cozy!

We had to move out of our home for a week due to some renovations. This home was perfect for our one week stay! All the amenities we needed were available and the location was perfect. Mary checked in with us and was readily available. I will recommend this home for family and friends in the future!!!

My wife and her brother stayed with us at Mary's home for our son's wedding and her home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for us to stretch out and the showers in both bathrooms were exceptional! Mary is a super responsive host and could not have been more pleasant to work with. All four mattresses in this house were awful. They were so hard they felt like plywood. The linens were mixed matched and not very nice. The most bizarre thing was the feeling like someone was living in the attached garage. The property had a large double concrete diveway that could have easily parked 4 cars but we were only allowed to park 2 cars parked back to back so the homeowner could get out of the garage on the left side. Upon immediate arrival we parked side by side the 2 cars that we were allowed to have and within 5 minutes the homeowner was calling me to tell me we could only use the ride side of the driveway. It was bizarre how quickly she knew how we had parked unless she was watching us. When staying in Charlotte again we will look at other options.
