The accommodation is very good for the low price, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is very good, the only thing that leaves something to be desired is the cleanliness, it wasn't dirty, but it wasn't completely clean. Overall, I recommend the stay.

You get what you pay for. Main guy at the front is very nice and friendly; the main reason I give 5-stars overall. Some notes: Area’s pretty shady, sub-par soap/towels, TV had a black line across it…but I didn’t pay that much. If you just need a place to crash, don’t care about what I mentioned, & you’re not instigating, you should be fine.
Room was clean. But that was the only good thing. Lobby was dirty and cluttered. They didn’t honor my Expedia reservation so I had to pay again. There was a homeless person outside my room. It was hard to imagine much worse. Airport had been shutdown so it was the last available room in the area.
Unsafe!!! Literal crackheads next door with women and children screaming, crying, locking each other out in fights, and beating doors until 4am in the mornings. Unsafe property and men and women stumbling around with bottles in hand all over parking lot, not many cameras, and holes in walls of hotel rooms. Located literally less than 100 ft from a massive gentlemen’s club. Staff was friendly, other than that though, i felt extremely unsafe
I thought maybe the reviews were over exaggerating. You have to take most things with a grain of salt these days. I was horribly wrong.... I travelled from out of state for a conference in charlotte and was looking for a cheaper place to stay while I was there. Price was good and the pictures from the website looked good enough. I only needed somewhere to sleep, didnt need much more than a bathroom and a bed. The "gentleman's club" and the end of the driveway should have been my first red flag. The photos on the website must have been over 10 years old when the building was new. Everything was run down, graffiti on the walls, and signs everywhere saying "out of order". Still i kept going. The man at the desk was nice and polite. Our room was.... awful. Someone had stolen all the lightbulbs from the lights, the room smelled like smoke for a "smoke free" room. The bedsheets were discolored and my comforter had a cigarette burn in it. The bathroom was never swept. The shower curtain rod was broken and there was a decent size hole in the wall behind the bathroom door. I thought... i could deal. It was quiet.... until nightfall. Then yelling, arguing, running up and down halls, car alarms.... i couldnt stay. I made up a family emergency and cancelled my stay. Thankfully expedia helped get me a refund for my unused two nights so i could stay somewhere else. It was uncomfortable, noisy, and unsafe for me or the rental car i had.
On the plus side i didnt see any bugs or rodents..
Room was clean and modern. The areas around the hotel, the hallways were filled with old furniture from the rooms, dirt, trash and debris. The suitcase roller did not work. No coffee and its only one way in and one way out.
Hotels.com was the bigger problem. We booked our stay through them amd the hotel hadn't received anything so we stayed there anyways at a higher rate. Do better hotels.com
Definitely a low-level extended stay. Property is in a tough somewhat run-down area that is in the process of being renewed. Trash around, stairwells, messy, room floors sticky, bed poor squeaking every time you move, no place to hang clothes, old furniture, etc... Now I am not so picky but no way I would stay there with my wife.
I did not stay here due to location, conditions and appearance.Fist i could not find my room.Had to cancel and is waiting on my refund.Did not sat there.
The property is severely infested with bugs and rats, making it completely uninhabitable and posing a serious health and safety risk to occupants. Not in good area.
HORRIBLE customer service; representative claimed the information from Hotels.com was not enough to prove room was reserved and paid for. Showed pending transaction in checking account, that did not suffice, Hotels.com sent an email to the property to confirm a reservation in fact had been made and the representative then informed they do not have email access at the property. Had to pay IN CASH for a room to have somewhere to stay for the night…0 out of 10 recommend!!! Worst experience ever especially after driving 5 hours to get to Charlotte, NC.
This place is an absolute DUMP. People actively doing drugs right across the street. Room wreaked of cigarettes. Floor was covered in some kind of greasy coating. Furniture was all falling apart or completely broken. Dead cockroaches on the floor in multiple places. The only up side was a relatively new mattress that didn’t have bedbugs. Sheets were clean, but had cigarette burns in multiple places. Guy at the front desk (night shift) was rude and aggressive. It’s a bad sign when a $100 cash deposit is required for a room. Did not feel safe or sanitary at all staying here. The only reason I stayed was because my flight from Charlotte was canceled and I was stranded in Charlotte for the night.
