The property was quiet and in a great location. Both beds and the sofa bed were comfortable for me and my family. The hot tub was enjoyable and backyard was bigger than I expected. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Perfect No Frills Stay for Spectrum Center Event

Place was exactly what we needed. Clean, easy in and out process. The outdoor spaces were a bit rough however and the hot tub was half full and did not appear operational.

Very nice stay

We were getting together to chat and catch up and the house was great for that. My dog liked exploring the backyard and walks around the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. Allen provided all the information needed prior to check in and it was a breeze.

Nice location

Our stay was great. I picked this place because it was close to the church where my cousin was getting married. Turned out to be an awesome location, with a Publix just a 5 minute walk away. Close to downtown as well.

Love the older house charm. Beautiful part of Dilworth and walkable to Grocery store and eateries. Loved the extras like coffee, extra paper towels, and soaps. Great stay!

Typical 1940s house that shows its age but clean. It is good for a place to sleep and see Charlotte. Convenient to everything and surprisingly very quiet at night. Would book again.
