It was a nice little place in a really nice side of Charlotte. We were close to everywhere we needed to be so it was convenient. Lots of food and drink around.and shopping. I will stay here again.

The Perfect Stay

We were in town for the Coke 600 and this place was perfect. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, great location, listing was accurate. We loved it and will for sure be back again. The property manager is fantastic and responds to messages super fast.

Charlotte stay

This property was just what my family needed for a brief stay in Charlotte. It was spacious and clean and the area was nicely located between many convenient businesses. It was only a short hop skip and a jump to the downtown area.

Perfect place for our weekend trip!

We had a fantastic stay at Sharon’s house. The house was clean and was in a great location. She was very quick to respond when we thought we were having trouble with the HVAC (it ended up being fine) and she even offered to bring us fans!

Perfect!

We came to Charlotte for one night for a special event concert and found this place on VRBO. I got in touch with the owner and told her our flight agenda and Sharon worked with us so we had a perfect stay! We had a very quick trip and wished we could have stayed longer. It was like walking into our own home, everything we needed was there waiting for us. If we find ourselves in Charolett again, I know the first place I'm looking for to stay! Convient to everything we wanted, clean, quiet...perfect!

Good stay

We enjoyed the the property in the location we would stay here again. One recommendation is to use the keypad on the door instead of just providing one key, we did get locked out and have to wait for owner to come let us in. Property was clean. Beds were comfortable and just perfect amount of space or five people.

This VRBO is in a small, older building, so it's not a luxury experience. But, if you're looking for a responsive host and a great deal on a location right in the heart of Charlotte, you can't beat it!

A little outdated from the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom floors were slick, even with shoes on. Baseboards were full of dust and hair. The metal in the pull out bed was bent. Great response time from host. We were able to check in before 4.
