  • Cozy, clean, renovated home with 4BR, 3 bath, open kitchen with two dining areas, 2 car garage, backyard and a deck! Located in the Southpark/Cotswold area of Charlotte, minutes from downtown Charlotte and located near a ton of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and peaceful. Pets are more than welcome! Three smart TVs included. Lastly, the property is cleaned thoroughly before each stay and Lysol/anti-bacterial products are utilized as well.
