This spacious home is perfect for families and large groups. With four large bedrooms (ten beds, sleeping 10-18) and very spacious upstairs and downstairs living rooms, there is plenty of room for everyone.
Lakeside:
The house includes a private beach, swim dock, and covered boat dock; there's multiple ways to have fun in the sun! Views of the main channel abound, and you are shielded by main channel traffic by the adjacent peninsula. Situated on a naturally occurring rock formation, lake depths jump to 20+ feet at the edge of each dock, making it a perfect spot for fishing as well.
Entertainment:
Both upstairs and downstairs living rooms have wall to wall windowed sliding doors, and cozy couches for watching large screen TVs. Enjoy views of the main channel while dining in sun lit interiors. Added to this is a six seat, all reclining, personal movie theater, perfect for sports or movies.
Neighborhood:
While the house is tucked away and secluded, it is conveniently located ~10 minutes from either the Berewick Town Center or Rivergate shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
