Entire space is private including 250 squ ft bedroom, 1 full bath, separate driveway, private porch & entrance. Located in a separate part of a house in a safe quiet neighborhood. No kitchen. Small fridge, microwave, & coffee maker (coffee & supplies) included. Tenant will not have access to the rest of the house. Owner will not have access to the rented suite. Private porch contains a porch swing for 2, 2 rocking chairs/table, & 2 chairs. Private space includes ceiling fan, towels, pillows/comforter/sheets, full shower/bathtub, &shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, &bath soap. Comfortable 60 inch wide King size bed. It also has a twin mattress that can be pulled out from underneath the king size bed to use for a child or an adult. Train to uptown is 1 mile away. Several hospitals nearby within 5 miles. Bowling alleys/restaurants/bars/breweries 1 mile.

My partner and I recently wanted to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city and this place helped us unwind immensely! The host was super communicative and nice, and was willing to accommodate us when we needed it! Definitely a stay to remember and hopefully another stay soon!
