  • Close to uptown, Southend/SouthPark, & Golf tournament. Entire space is private including 250 squ ft bedroom, 1 full bath, separate driveway, private porch & entrance. Located in a separate part of a house in a safe quiet neighborhood. No kitchen. Small fridge, microwave, & coffee maker (coffee & supplies) included. Tenant will not have access to the rest of the house. Owner will not have access to the rented suite. Private porch contains a porch swing for 2 people and a table/2 chairs. Private space includes fans, towels, pillows/comforter/sheets, full shower/bathtub, & vegan/paraben/sulfate free shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Comfortable 60 inch wide King size bed. It also has a twin mattress that can be pulled out from underneath the king size bed to use for a child or an adult. Train is 1 mile away and is a 15 minute ride to uptown. Several hospitals nearby within 5 miles. Bowling alleys/restaurants/bars/breweries 1 mile.

The room was clean and great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. We went to a concert at the stadium, it was long! It was nice to be so close and able to get back and settled quickly!

My partner and I recently wanted to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city and this place helped us unwind immensely! The host was super communicative and nice, and was willing to accommodate us when we needed it! Definitely a stay to remember and hopefully another stay soon!

This quiet spot is a charming place to stay, offering a cozy atmosphere and nice neighborhood. We appreciated our time there; the accommodations were clean and easy to book. The host was very kind. I traveled from California to visit a friend, and we had a pleasant stay. We stayed over the weekend, and because of the snowstorm, my flight was canceled, and I had to rebook for Monday. The host was very understanding and offered to assist in any way possible. We felt safe and comfortable. We will definitely book again when I come to visit again.

We stayed 2 nights, room was great. Very clean, bed was comfortable. Check in was very easy. Location was easy to find, very quiet and relaxing. Parking was great. Food and shopping was close. We are looking forward to going back on our next trip to Charlotte.
