THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE DEFINED BY LAW AND INCLUDE UNIQUE PROVISIONS PERMITTING THE DISBURSEMENT OF RENT PRIOR TO TENANCY AND EXPEDITED EVICTION OF TENANTS. YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS AGREEMENT, OR PAYMENT OF MONEY OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT, IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY FOR A VACATION RENTAL. This home has cable TV provided in the common area spaces and WiFi is available throughout the home. The kitchen is ready for you to make a meal or enjoy your favorite snacks, please make yourselves at home. The following are a few guidelines we request every guest to adhere to: 1. No Parties or Events 2. Only Registered Guests Are Allowed, No Unregistered Guest. 3. PARKING: parking is provided in the driveway side by side. Our driveway is suitable for sedans or SUVs 4. Please clean Your Dirty Dishes Before Check-Out or You Will Charged A Fee. Please place all used towels and wash cloths on the bathroom floor before checking out. 5. Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity 6. No Smoking 7. Guests Should Dispose Of The Garbage In The Trash Can 8. No Shoes Inside The Home Please 9. No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance 10. Damages Exceeding The Deposit Amount Will Be Billed To The Guest And Reported To Airbnb 11. Turn Lights Off And A.C/Heat Off When Away 12. No Pets 13. Quiet Time After 11:00 pm 14. Please do not rearrange our furniture. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. NOTE: - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and this is also our home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
