  • This is a beautiful 2Beds, 1.5baths condo with an inviting living room and nice sunroom. It has 2 parking spaces, easy access to highways ( I-77, I-85, HWY 74). It has marble floors in living room/foyer, tiles in bath. There is an office in the home with a desk and bookshelves. It is an office with a sleeper futon. Also have a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom is currently unavailable for use. It is 10mins from South park Mall and 20mins from Charlotte-Douglas airport. It is in a family friendly neighborhood.
