Great Hotel but Bad Location Of Town
The hotel and front desk was excellent the room is very clean but has the smell of smoke when you walk into the toom even though its a non smoking room. And let me warn you this hotel back off the road behind some buildings but the area in front of the hotel on the main road is heavily ingested with jomeless people and drug dealers. Im from garner NC and came to stay with my husband whos working in charlotte for a month and leaving the hotel yesterday to get something to eat it was around 9pm i got pulled over by a cop because he said he knew what i was doing back there at a resturant that had already closed after we ate there and i ask what was I doing and he kept saying that over and over but wouldnt say he thought i was doing something with drugs my car is very nice Camaro and he assumed i was doing something with drugs. Im beginning to understand that this side of town is drug infested and homeless people so find another hotel honestly other part.of town.

Check-in was fine but within 24 hours our toilet and sink were clogged. When I called the front desk I was told they didn't have a plunger and I had to wait until the next day. When I called the next morning and asked when someone would be showing up to fix my toilet they didn't know anything about it. Also during the last day the lights and outlets around the headboard stopped working. On a side note the fridge and microwave worked great and there was a nearby area for me to walk the dogs..

Staff was nice, motel was close to carowinds which was good. The room was what I call straightened up. The basics were not dirty, but it could use a deep clean and some big time maintenance. I will not stay here again.

Had no other choice due to flight cancellations. Sketchy area, sketchy hotel. Door would not lock, room curtains half way falling down, room smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non smoking.

This place was roach infested. Did not know until we turned on the lights and the place was full of all kinds of bugs that got into my bags. The toilet was not connected to the floor and the seat was loose. No shampoo or hair dryer. The tv did not work properly. No coffee maker. Signs of homeless living all around the place. At 3.00 am as we were hightailing it out of there a gang of kids came from the store across the street heading towards the hotel. The smell of pot also was around. Do not stay here,

If you can afford to stay elsewhere, do it.
The person at the front desk was wonderful however I would not recommend staying here. Room was in serious need of updates. Bathroom ceiling was falling apart, outlets and lamps near bed did not work. Room was just gross, smelled like a bar.

Stayed here quite a few times never had such a horrible experience. Not only was the heat control, broken, most all of the lights in the room were burnt out or just missing….The door did not lock as it looked like it had been busted in. Then I went to go take a shower and realize the bathtub and standing water around the drain… very cloudy water. I decided to take a Wh@$%s bath at the sink as I was already running late, then the sink starts backing up disgusting water as well. I was beyond disgusted I had to go to a business meeting unshowered and disheveled looking.

The hotel was well lit.the door was sloppy loose, with a big gap to let air in.it was a big hotel, so I dont understand why everyone that stayed that night were put next to each other. lights at the head of the bed had to be unplugged, no switch for the headboard light. the bed linin was clean. the thing I really didnt like was the after we left the hotel we stopped for coffee, I thought I had a rock in my shoe.turns out it was a toenail clipping evidently had stuck to my foot off the floor before I put my socks on, not happy. burnt looking heater on the wall that should not be there, cracked caulking in the tube area tv with not one pay channel.I swear 5 mins of commercials 1 min of show.thats my honest review of this hotel thank you.

Sink Wouldn't drain. We reported it but nobody showed up to fix it it was still filled with water when we left.. Air conditioning started making a funny smell in the morning we had turned it off in a 100゚ weather. My feet were filthy from walking all over the floor I had to wash them before putting my shoes on.

The property was extremely out dated and filthy! The room had a huge coach roach,brown spots on the bedding ,tv only had sound no picture on screen,long hair on “fresh towel”, bathroom overall filthy,dirt and hair in the tub,on the floor and on the toilet. Toilet also had no lid on the seat area. Room smelled terrible like smoke. Other suspicious looking guest were hanging out looking around. Loud music playing in cars in the parking lot and coming from neighboring rooms. I was very disgusted! We would have been better off sleeping in our vehicle. My young son asked was that motel 6 rated a 1 or 2 star hotel? They should shut the entire motel down!
