The facility and amenities were fantastic. We were able to accommodate everyone comfortably and our only disappointment was that we didn't plan for additonal time to enjoy our stay. With that said, I guess we have to come back and create another memorable moment.

Comfortable, CLEAN, views, and very well appointed

Just returned from a weekend stay with a group of 10. This place had 100% of everything we needed and so much more. Super comfortable, CLEAN, great layout, views, and very well appointed. Close to grocery. Loved morning coffee in the screened porch overlooking the lake and evenings by the firepit making s’mores while the kids swim.

The stay at this location was amazing! It was the perfect location on the lake for swimming and lake activities! The house comfortably fit 17 of us and was perfect for everything we needed! Very effective communication!

Lovely Spot on a Beautiful Lake

This property was great for my family. We rented a pontoon boat and had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property could use a bit of upkeep, but overall was a wonderful and clean place to stay.

Lake Family Vacation

Lucky's is wonderful. There's so much for kids to do including pool, lake, kayaking, fishing, pool, ping pong, arcade games, puzzles, etc. It was all spacious and clean with everyone from 3 years old to 82 having a lot of fun. We hope to get our extended family together here again! Thanks!

We were all happy that we could get back to Lucky's beautiful lakeside home. Lots of different gathering spaces inside and out make this a perfect place for our group to enjoy. Fast and super friendly communication is a bonus! We will be back for sure!

Excellent stay, beautiful property!

I am very glad I found this place and was able to cancel my first booking. The house is beautiful, the grounds is beautiful, plenty of space for us. Several kitchen items to use. You do have to purchase your own seasoning if you plan on cooking, which is fine because the store was 5 minutes away. There were ants on the counter top and not sure where they came from but overall, excellent stay! We did not want to leave and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Loving Lucky's Lakehouse - an amazing vacation!!

This place was nothing less than perfect for a family vacation! We were four adults, three college age kids, plus two youngsters, and more than enough to keep all of us busy the entire week (even the little ones!). The home (yes, home, not house) was equipped with everything you could ever imagine needing for a week's worth of lakeside relaxation and fun. And amenities such as the grocery store and restaurants were a convenient 5 minute drive away, though you'd never know it since the place seemed pleasantly rural. To top it all off, Lucky's Lakehouse and property were super clean and manicured, the price very reasonable for such an amazing place, and the owner (Todd) was fantastically attentive and responsive. We will definitely be back next year, and actually plan to make this our new annual family tradition!!

40th Bday celebration

This property or home was welcoming & filled with great energy for celebrating family, friends, happiness, & joy! Kim, Morgan, & Eddie were great. They set up all boat rentals, pick up/drop offs, as well as mid week cleaning service, to assist transition from celebrating with friend to our families & children. Every person aged 6-77 had an absolutely great time boating, tubing Big Mabke, paddle boarding, kayaking, playing ping pong & shuffle board!! Oh and who could go get s’mores by the campfire! Memories made that will last for generations to come! Also recommend Tyree Watkins w/Crisp catering for any special event. Professional, relaxed, felt like extended family! Cannot wait to come back!! Great Family Reunion

Lucky’s Lake house was perfect for our family get together before our daughter’s wedding in Charlotte. While the weather did not completely cooperate the home provided lots of opportunities to entertain the group. The over water dock/bar was a highlight as even with a slight rain we could hang out and reconnect late into the evening. The fire pit and adequate firewood allowed us to have s’mores. Finally the home has numerous games ands inside activities to occupy the troops during rain squalls. We did not get a chance to use the water toys due to the weather but they would have only made the stay more enjoyable. Large home with lots of sleeping space and a great host. All of the tools, utensils and cooking implements to have great meals. A great choice for a large group with a beautiful view of the lake.

We enjoyed the outside area. But the inside is dated, dirty and beat up. It needs more than the facelift that’s been done. There was dirty personal items from previous guests in three bedrooms! All 5 garbage cans were overflowing for the 1st two days of our stay and smelled awful. We had to use the garage for our trash. I did make attempts to talk to an agent but was never able to reach anyone! Also, we found o we found items still needs updated; no handrail on pool (3 people slipped getting in) Filthy cushions & chairs plus a chair missing from both dining tables. The outside area was

Spacious home, amazing views.

We (18 of us) just spent 7 nights at Lucky's Lake House. Pros: Spacious home with a great lower level game room (shuffleboard is a must); amazing views of the lake and sunset; super comfy sheets/bedding; ample pots/pans/dishes/glassware; secluded location; responsive management (Morgan was awesome). Cons: The home is clean and well-stocked, but definitely is a full-time rental. The furniture in the family room is not very comfortable (the chairs mostly). The rental pontoon was very beat-up. We nicknamed it "Beige Betty", there was some exposed metal that caused some minor cuts and bruises and the gas tank has a messed up hose (the kid at the marina said, "oh is this the rental pontoon...yeah, we know this boat. Someone has to hold down the hose or the gas goes straight into the lake"). The ladder doesn't fit the boat and floats away very easily, the front gate won't latch correctly and flies open when the boat is underway. We brought this to the attn of management upon checkout, so I won't deduct any rating as the home is great but I would consider renting a pontoon from a local company unless they upgrade this one. Overall, a great time was had by all.

Break at the Lake

Comfortable house, very good location on the lake. Close to marinas to rent boats. Great for a large family and close to supermarkets if you want to stay in and cook or restaurants to visit or for take out.
