Perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy a resort-style pool and patio, two-story clubhouse with self-serve taps, outdoor lounge areas with firepits and grills, a 24-hour fitness center, and a dog park with a dog run.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
