A beautiful, quiet and cozy lakefront cottage with over 300 feet of shoreline to enjoy. The abundance of trees allows you to unwind while swinging in the hammock or relaxing on the spacious deck however, those who prefer the sun can soak up the rays on your private dock. We have been blessed to have made so many wonderful memories with our family and friends over the years and hope that you will also make fond memories during your vacation on Lake Norman.

The master bedroom has a King bed with sliding glass doors onto a spacious deck overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk with a full, on the bottom and a twin on top. A Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks separates the two bedrooms. Ceiling fans in each bedroom along with Roku, cable TV and a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new upgrades to accommodate your needs.

The Family room has a fantastic view of the lake with cathedral ceilings, 3 ceiling fans with lights, a 50-inch Roku cable TV, stereo, DVD player, and internet. Also has a delightful dining area.

The 2nd full bathroom is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

The 1100 square foot pier has a covered boat house, sundeck, 12-foot platform, power outlets, lights and a 50-inch Roku cable TV for your lakeside viewing entertainment. Plenty of parking for additional boats and a boat launch (1/4 mile) within walking distance.

The circle drive has additional space for several cars and boat trailers.

The one-acre yard which is located on the point, is beautifully landscaped and offers a wooden kids swing set and hammock. In addition to these amenities, we offer up to 3 kayaks upon request.

Side note:

We do NOT charge a cleaning fee BUT we do ask our guess to leave the cottage as you found it. (Referring to cleanliness) Wipe down Bathrooms, Clean kitchen, etc. We do ask you to wash your dirty towels but just strip the sheets and place them by the washer. If you wish NOT to leave the cottage as you found it upon arrival, a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be added. Please let us know what you decide when booking.

FYI; Even though most of our guest straighten up before they leave. We do go in and do a complete sanitation of the cottage before our next visitors arrive.

Our home away from home

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. We only get a vacation every few years and this is the only place we’ve come back multiple times. It is perfect for us. Our kids first started coming here when they were younger and now they are both adults and it’s still their favorite place.

This was the most relaxed & calm I have been in years. I loved sitting on the expansive deck looking at the beautiful, calm lake. The house was perfect. Perfection

Our family enjoyed the lakeview from every room in the house. We loved the dock and access to the kayaks. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing deck that we utilized every morning, while drinking our coffee. The entire area was shaded with beautiful trees that also provides privacy and the yard was perfect for night fishing and relaxing in the hammock. Access to the home could not have been easier and communication with the hosts was extremely open and easy. The home was comfy and had everything we needed to enjoy our very first trip to Lake Norman. The location is perfect because it offers seclusion, while being close to a variety of restaurants and stores.We are already talking about going back next year and renting this same property!

Lovely Lake Cottage

This beautiful cottage is right on Lake Norman. The grounds are meticulously kept and extremely gorgeous! The owners are very helpful, friendly, and very eager to make sure your stay is perfect! I was with my 95 year old mother who uses a walker, and she got around very well in this cottage. Loved watching boats and jet skis. As well as the duck families every morning!!

Beautiful home and gorgeous lake views. Very convenient to all amenities in area. It was a little too chilly for us to go out on lake--would love to do that on a future visit. Only suggestion I have is to provide a few throw blankets in living room for chilly evenings.

Just Perfect

We took the kids to Great Wolf Lodge on Halloween and wanted to stay nearby for the rest of the weekend and we were looking for a relaxing retreat. This lake house was just perfect for us. It was me,my husband, two kids (6&7) and my parents. We did just about everything.. Walked to the park nearby.. Played disc golf... Took the pedal boat out...sat by the fire pit at night and attempted to catch fish each day ...but we had no luck. We even took a ride to the Lazy 5 Ranch (awesome) it was about a 15 minute car ride away. We only ate out once at Eddie's and it was really good. The house had plenty of room for us.. We loved the living room and the kids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of towels and linens. We took some great sunset pictures. We hope to come back in warmer weather for some swimming and kayaking but being there in the Fall was just as nice. Doug was so responsive and helpful. Thank you so much! We had a great time!

Beautiful view of the River. Very chill atmosphere. Lots to do. I loved the swing by the water. Also very high tech with a TV and stereo on the dock. We plan to return as soon as we can!

Magical cottage

From the time we stepped into this quint cottage my husband loved it!! It was sad it was colder than we had hoped but we still laid in the hammock rolledUp in a blanket and watched the people in boats racing by and watch them fish. The house has everything you need and it is small but never felt cramped. We will definitely be back to experience this in better weather! Can’t wait to try out the kayaks and sit on the dock with a book and a drink!
