The Space:
This amenity-packed home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, in 4 large bedrooms, with 2 additional couches. It's Ideal for large families and big groups, but flexible enough for business travelers and couples.

Guests have private access to all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, and backyard. The locked owners' closet and shed are unavailable. Ample parking is provided in the driveway and carport.

Self-entry via electronic lock ensures easy access. Early check-in may be requested and accommodated if possible.

SouthPark, a major retail and business district just a few miles south of Uptown, features SouthPark Mall, North Carolina’s largest shopping mall, Phillips Place for high-end shopping, dining, and movies, and Montford for more dining and entertainment options like Park Lanes bowling.

The home offers quick access to SouthPark and other parts of Charlotte, with plenty of Uber options available.

Getting Around:
The home is settled on a central street with quick access to SouthPark and the rest of Charlotte. During rush hour guests may prefer to make a right turn out of the property. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and carport.

Interaction with Guests:
Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!

The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained.
Any breach will result in up to a $300 fine for additional cleaning.
Baby (or puppy) gates are available as well as protective outlet covers!

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.

*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

House Rules:

MyTripify uses a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.

Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.

Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to fine.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.

To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Check in times are adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.

Early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Enjoyment
We kindly ask that you respect the quiet enjoyment of the property and the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed, and no parties are permitted. Any disturbance may result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without a refund.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM; please keep noise at reasonable levels. Thank you for your understanding.

Access to the Home
You have private access to the entire home except for the locked owners' closet on the lower level and the locked shed in the backyard. Use of the attic fan is prohibited as it may blow out the hot water heater’s pilot light
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only with prior disclosure and approval. Undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are permitted.
Keep pets off furniture and beds; violations may result in up to $300 in cleaning fees.
Disclose type, breed, name, and age (max 3 pets). Upon approval, a non-refundable $149 pet fee (+ platform fees) must be paid before check-in. For stays over one week, travel insurance is required.
Pet owners must clean up after their pets, including waste in the yard and neighborhood. Guests will be charged for any damages caused by pets.

Parking
Parking is available in the driveway and carport for up to five cars. Driving or parking on the lawn or grass is prohibited and will incur a $200 fine. Public street parking is not available

To safely exit the drive way into the street, use the turnaround area of the carport. In order to make a left hand turn during heavy traffic, you may wish to turn right then make your next available left or U turn.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the back yard. All remnants must be properly disposed outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest

Excessive Trash
All trash, including unused food from the fridge and cabinets, must be removed. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags should be taken to the large outside receptacles. Trash must fit into these receptacles or be disposed of by the guest before checkout. Any excess trash not fitting into the receptacles will incur a $75 fee per bag.
Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any MyTripify property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.

MyTripify is not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless MyTripify for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Checkout Instructions
Guests are responsible for the following:
Violations will result in increased cleaning costs and fines.
Bedding and Towels
• Place used towels and linens on the floor.
Dirty Dishes
• Rinse and load dishes into the dishwasher; start it.
• Hand wash pots and pans, and place them in the drying rack.
Cleaning
• Wipe spills on floors and counters using rags, paper towels, or wipes (not white towels).
• Sweep noticeable debris with a broom, vacuum, or Swiffer.
Trash
• Remove all trash, including unused food from the fridge and cabinets. Take kitchen and bathroom trash to outside receptacles.
Exiting the Property
• Turn off all lights and lock doors.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS. I CERTIFY THAT I MEET THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED AND THAT I WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF THIS PROPERTY BEING RENTED UNDER MY NAME. I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OR EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES, SHOULD THEY BE DISCOVERED DURING OR AFTER DEPARTURE. I AGREE TO PAY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS NOT COVERED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INSURANCE.
