  • Located in a quiet cul-de-sac away from major traffic. Plenty of places to relax or entertain your family. The master bedroom includes a full bathroom with double sinks and a garden tub.

    There are cameras outside the premises. The garage, the backyard and the doorbell. I do get a notification the first time you arrive just so I’ll know you are there and I turn that off until your check out time. You will hear a beeping noise coming from the camera when I get that notification.

Came here for the renaissance festival with a few friends and had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean and as pictured, the beds were very comfortable as well! Additional amenities were not provided such as shampoo/conditioner/soap so just ensure to bring your own, though this was not an issue for us. Host was quick to respond to any questions and was very polite. Would stay here for the ren fair again next year!

Super cute home

We booked the home for our weekend in Charlotte to visit the Nascar Hall of Fame and go to the Packer vs Panthers game for Christmas. Home is cute. The get directions button takes you to the house next door but it wasn't hard to find once I entered the actual address into GPS. Beds are super comfy and house was very clean. I only have a few suggestions. Never using VRBO before we didn't know that we had to bring our own essentials. Coming from out of state this wasn't something we had planned to bring. Things like Shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with hand soap and hand towels to dry hands after washing in both bathrooms would be ideal. The one sitting room could fit a twin size bed in it to make the home actually sleep more people or allow kids to have seperate beds. Other than that the owner was super responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and rebook if we are ever in Charlotte again.

The Cutest House, Pefect for a Girl's Trip

I found this property and it was so quaint and adorable! It stands on the front of a quiet cul de sac. The location is good! It takes about 12-20 minutes to reach some food options and it's close to the airport. It was easy to check in and my first words when opening the front door was, "OMG this is so cute!" There's a living room with a bar set up, along with a flat screen TV. (SN: You HAVE to have streaming accounts if you want to watch TV. You can just login and don't forget to logout before leaving.) There's a small kitchen and dining room. There are little amenities like condiments and dish soap. (There was some leftover items in the fridge from what I'm assuming was a previous stay. Not a big deal to us, we barely used the fridge and the items weren't molded) The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable! I got some really great sleep! Lol. Be sure to bring your own body/hand soap. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets in the hall closet. My favorite area was the side patio (located through the door in the living room). There are two chairs and a little table. Communicating with the host was super easy and she was very accommodating! Me and my girlfriends loved the property! Every time I come to Charlotte, I'd rather stay here.

A nice cozy little house! The neighborhood is a bit crowded, but was not a problem and was very quiet. The house is an older house that has been somewhat remodeled, although very clean and tidy. We were in town visiting Carowinds so we were only there during nighttime hours. The place was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend it for the price.
