Checking in was quick and painless. The lobby area is nice and big, updated and the hotel bar was a huge plus. The room itself wasn't bad but the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great and the bathroom was a little dated. Overall though it was a great stay.

Property was good, my boyfriend and I came for one night and were probably there 10 hours total. Bed was comfy, felt safe, and hotel was quiet. The front desk employees weren't super personable, so they made us feel like we were intruding on their time. Not a great look to people just walking into the hotel for their stay.

We stayed just 1 night. I wasn't impressed by the room. It was average. The pillows need to be replaced and the sheets felt like paper. The room served it's purpose but I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Let’s start with the little things: For such an “upscale hotel” it wasn’t all that great. The TV only had like 60 channels and 1/3 of them were in Spanish. The remote halfway worked (you could only channel up and you had to press the buttons super hard pointing directly at the tv). The USB charger on the nightstand made an unsettling whistling sound when you plugged your charger into it. For those people who enjoy their coffee in the morning, don’t expect the hotel to provide complimentary coffee downstairs and DEFINITELY no free breakfast. They have a bistro where you can purchase such items if you desire. There IS one of those mini coffee makers in the room with the off brand coffee and 2 packets of creamer and sugar if you’re hard up for coffee. As far as cleanliness and comfort go, the hotel was great. However, in my opinion, it’s the little things that count. If I pay almost $100/night somewhere the least they could do is offer a free continental breakfast and some f***ing coffee.

We will contact Spectrum immediately to troubleshoot this issue. I am also sorry that we are not able to offer complimentary coffee or breakfast. Unfortunately, this is Marriott mandated for all Courtyards. I completely understand your frustration as I wish we could offer all of our guests a complimentary meal to start off your day on the right foot.

Misinformed in the amenities. The staff were generally friendly and polite. We were told that the rooms had mini refrigerators. But that was untrue. Having gotten to the room, we put food items in the mini fridge to keep cold. We then left for a few hours. Having returned we realised the fridge was not cold. After complaining that the fridge was not working we were told to open it and press the green button. The next day we realised the fridge was off. After complaining again, we were told that they are actually not fridges but coolers. Also they only stay on for 2 hours at a time. As a resultof this misinformation, our food items spoiled. Some of these food items were specially prepared because one of the guests have medical restrictions.

Staff is very friendly, and the services are amazing. The rooms have minor bumps and bruises, but it is clean and neat. We will definitely be returning to this specific hotel.

Room and Front desk staff great..unfortunately we were there 3 days requested our room cleaned and they never did it. So every night we would complain about it when we went to get our own towels and tolet paper..Housekeeping you get a -0 on ratings and no tip!

The hotel itself was fine. However we had booked this place because on Expedia it was marked as having an EV plug. It does not. This was a major issue for us, we would have booked elsewhere had we known this ahead of time.
