* All Lake Escape homes are dog-friendly and allow up to 3 dogs ($150 per pet fee applies) Cats are not permitted.

Wonderful lake getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing, and the house had all that we needed. The owners really thought of everything for a getaway on the lake. We would definitely stay here again and also recommend to friends!

Absolutely loved our stay. Great scenery, location was amazing and the owners have thought about their guests when it comes to amenities. We will mostly likely stay here again if it is available.

Had everything we needed

It’s hard to find a place on Lake Norman with a nice dock and private boat ramp that is also reasonably pet friendly but this was it! Very cute house and the hosts thought of everything. Would definitely vacation here again or any of their other locations!

We really enjoyed our stay Lake Escape’s Water Edge. The house was just as advertised. It was very comfortable and well stocked. We really liked spending time outside and on the dock. The views were amazing!! We hope to go back next year!

Wonderful vacation spot

Wonderful experience! So much attention to every detail. All amenities you can imagine and perfect outdoor vacation….boat launch, dock, firepit, swing, kayaks, patio seating and beautiful landscaping! So beautiful and comfortable inside as well! You will not regret staying here!

Fabulous place

We loved this place. It was beautiful, peaceful, relaxing, and included everything. It was clean, cool, and well stocked with anything you might need. We grilled out one night, and ate at the table on the dock, while watching the setting sun over the lake. We would love to return sometime!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The home was completely outfitted with everything, inside and out. If it wasn't there, Walmart was a few minutes away, but delivered quickly, and the Food Lion was right around the corner for groceries and stuff.The outdoor space was almost better than the indoors. Both exceeded our expectations.I caught so many fish from the dock that I got tired and stopped. It was amazing. My Mom spent the week reading in 15 different places, the dock, sofa, firepit, swing, hammock, the list goes on, all with wonderful views.We will absolutely be returning to Lake Norman. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful lake retreat.

AMAZING!

This house was perfect for our getaway. We brought our dog and she loved the yard and lake. Highly recommend this home. The location is amazing, the house has everything you need, and the fire pit was perfect! The hosts were super easy to communicate with and had a great guide to help us find local food and rent a boat.

Clean, Fun for kids and pets

A great location on the lake, but also close to Davidson and Mooresville if you want to go into town. Kids and my dogs had a great time swimming in the lake. Kayaks and other toys in the shed were great to have available. Well kept property. A great holiday was had by all.

Perfect Weekend Spot

This house was perfect for a group of friends for a long weekend. It looks tiny from the outside but feels spacious as soon as you walk through the door. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is plenty of seating for a group meal. The location can’t be beat - 3 minutes from groceries and 15 minutes from Davidson and Cornelius. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Lake house

We loved staying right on the lake. The house has everything you need to have a fun filled lake vacation. We will definitely be back! The property managers were very responsive and it was easy to communicate with them. Loved the fact that we could bring our little yorkies with us too. I highly recommend Water's Edge and Lake Escape Vacations.

Amazing once again!

We loved our stay for the second time this season. It is a little slice of paradise. The house is set in close proximity to the waterfront, allowing for privacy while in the backyard to enjoy the firepit, cookout, or hammock time. The house is so clean and well maintained. Excellent updates make it so comfortable. We cannot wait until our next chance to visit.

Quaint Lakefront Home

We visited Mooresville for business and decided to stay at Water's Edge instead of a hotel. It was a great decision! The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the lake view. The local guide that was provided was very helpful for recommendations for coffee and breakfast. The home itself is older, but nicely renovated. Would definitely recommend and would stay at a Lake Escape property if we visit again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Stayed two nights with some longtime friends. We had a wonderful experience. The house is very comfortable, tidy, and organized. Hosts Adam and Jessica have clearly considered not only what guests will need, but also what they might enjoy. We especially liked the coffee/tea bar, the fire pit (stocked with plenty of firewood), relaxing in the deck chairs on the dock, and having kayaks on-site and available for use any time. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks for a lovely weekend.

Great place

I LOVE to fish. This home was perfect. Very very clean. My husband is 6.5 so it made showering a little difficult but the shower itself was amazing. We was able to put our pontoon in the water right from the back yard. Evenings we fished off the dock. I cought something huge that broke my line. The tv's are rokoo so get yourself familar with that. I couldnt figure it out. I had a hard time finding our local channels. We will be back for another couple days of fishing.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! The hosts thought of everything! My family enjoyed the kayaks, SUPs, fire pit, fishing, frisbee golf, games, fully stocked kitchen, the beds were extremely comfortable, I could go on and on! We will be back!
