Charming 1930's English cottage with historic ambiance on three private acres

Quiet and convenient - parks, restaurants, Lake Wylie, Carowinds, CLT airport, I-77 and I-485 are all nearby and just twenty minutes to downtown Charlotte with lovely dining, museums and entertainment.

Serene setting where you can relax and recharge, a lovely vintage getaway while close to big city amenities.

Covered porch, screen porch, large open porch - take your pick and enjoy watching the deer pass thru in the morning or afternoon.

Inside, sunny windows beckon you to sit with a book.

And outside, yard games and a fire pit to entertain you. Towering oak trees are perfect to relax under and enjoy the shade. Snip a few vibrant summer herbs for a meal or clip rosemary and lavender to bring indoors anytime of the year.

Gated entrance opens to a long, tree-covered driveway which reveals an expansive lawn and beautiful 1930's cottage.

Home has a central monitored security system.

Stayed with 3 adults and we were very comfortable in the house. The location is convenient and the setting is beautiful. We're sorry we didn't get a chance to use the outdoor areas as much as we wanted to.
