Needed a nice home base for a visit to Charlotte to play several rounds of disc golf at some amazing local courses. All four of us had an individual bedroom to sleep in and we enjoyed a large open living room area. Great neighborhood with excellent local restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend anyone staying at this property.

Perfect home for a large group
My family celebrated Christmas in Charlotte with lots of activities planned. We had 3 families from various areas and this home was perfect! Lots of room to spread out, large ,well stocked kitchen, great porches and easy access to the Blue Line and NODA. Highly recommend !
The property was in excellent shape and exactly as described. The neighborhood was nice and in a great location. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would easily stay here again. Thanks!
Loved the “Noda” area we stayed in. Super fun and great restaurants within walking distance. The house was nice and perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood, spacious living area, roomy kitchen with ample accessories for cooking breakfast. The beds were a little small as only 1 king bed in master. Would stay there again on return trip! The house is big, roomie, clean and in a great area. I would have given it 5 stars if the amenities were better. The comforters for the bed were thin throws, the towels for the bathrooms were old beach towels, the Hand towels were non existent, and you could read a news paper through the toilet paper. We rented the house to be close to the race track. The biggest issue I had with the house was it is NOT 5 miles from Charlotte Motor Speedway as it is advertised. It’s 10 miles/25 or so minutes away.
This home is spacious, comfortable, quiet and located in one of the best neighborhoods in Charlotte. But several aspects of the property made our stay lackluster and a little weird including: a malfunctioning stove, very cheap synthetic sheets, some dirty walls, only a few towels, and minimal kitchen supplies. I also found it strange that we had to make and strip the beds upon arrival and departure.
While it met our basic needs my impression was that it would be better suited to folks who are staying for a longer period of time with a larger group than ours. It was clean but not in great condition and overall it didn't feel like a good value.
Came to town for a gymnastics meet traveled from frozen Minnesota to frozen North Carolina! The house was perfect for our groups size! Extremely clean and well kept. Our group was here for a gymnastics competition. The neighborhood was very cool. It’s an artsy area and had great food. The house was nice. Technology was dated and the TVs did not work with the remotes. There were also limited blankets. Lots of sheets but one thin blanket per bed and it was cold at night upstairs. It did have well stocked kitchen pots pans and utensils. Towels and soap was not out and available in all the bathrooms. So we had to go on a towel hunt. Nothing we could not find with a little late night digging in the laundry room. Overall we would stay here again.
We have stayed in this house before and would return again for a third time! The layout is excellent and there is plenty of space for a larger group. We had family staying here and some family lives locally so they were able to visit during the day. The parking Is a little nerve wracking because no street parking is allowed and this is strictly enforced. I am a retired elementary school teacher so I am a rule follower to the max. Unfortunately, we had 4 couples and three of the four had to bring 2 cars due to scheduling issues. That meant extra cars. The driveway works well and we had a couple of cars on the grass at times so it worked out. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There were a couple of minor issues the first time we stayed last year and those had all been addressed since then. Overall it was a great experience and a great start to our holiday!

Beds are Full Sized NOT Queen!
The house itself was lovely, spacious, and a great location. However, the listing says it has THREE queen beds and only ONE was a queen. The other two were full sized which is 10" smaller in width than a queen and was very uncomfortable for our adult guests. We never would have chosen this property if we'd known this. I have photos that clearly show the size discrepancy. Also:* I tried both email and text to the contact on the listing with a few questions prior to our arrival and didn't receive a response from either.* The upstairs fan didn't work* Only one burner on the stove worked* The upstairs bathroom shower didn't drain in spite of trying Drano we found in a cabinet. As a result, our guests had to use downstairs showers. We hoped to find a property we could return to and recommend to friends but, sadly, this one disappointed with all of these issues.

Lacking customer service and listing
The house was fine, but it does not have a screened porch.
The king bed was on the floor so it was low. No beds were made, pillows were stained and lumpy. Dishes in cabinets were visibly dirty. Pile of towels left in laundry room, couldn't tell if they were clean or dirty so we washed them.
Emailed our contact twice and never received a response. All and all, the house itself was nice but customer service and things listed above need work. A clean made bed, and decent pillows is a must. The possibility of people bringing their own linens is an excuse not to do a job. Im on vacation, not there to work or do someone elses job. Very disappointed this time. I usually depend on VRBO to do a better job

Good but could be better with a few tweaks
First, the negatives. I emailed the owner several days before my visit asking if the house had a few kitchen items that I was looking for and I didn't get a reply. Second, fitted sheets were put out that didn't fit the beds. A queen was put out for a king and a twin was put out for a queen. The queen situation was resolved but the king wasn't, even with trying extra sheets that were available. We ended up using two flat sheets on the king but it wasn't ideal. They were comfy though, as was the king bed. Bring garbage bags if you are having a big meal. The positives: great location within walking distance of several pubs and restaurants. Close drive to food shopping. Nice back porch and plenty of room and toys for kiddos. Night lights everywhere. Plenty of dish soap, shampoo and soap so you shouldn't have to buy any. Keurig pods are provided and some spices have been left behind by guests. We would stay here again.
The property was very clean and was a perfect venue for a family reunion with my siblings. The location was family friendly, and Charlotte is a very charming town!
The room layouts, bed rooms and den suited our needs. We dined out; so we did not really use the kitchen. Bath towels were lacking in quality and some smelled sour.
The house was very nice and accommodated a group of 6 guys easily. It was a short walk to the NoDa restaurant and bar scene as well as the light rail stop. Quite and quant neighborhood. Would stay here again.
This is a nice house overall and is in a good location in the NoDa district, however there is a lot to be desired regarding the care and cleaning. Toilets were not cleaned. There was dirt on the floor, and there was clutter in cabinets and under beds. Why am I being charged a cleaning fee when there is hardly any cleaning being done? That said, with the proper setup and maintenance, this could be a good rental property.
