"The property is very nice and clean. The outdoor pool was massive in comparison to the online pictures, it was beautiful. The resort has plenty of food options including a food court that offers gelato, great desserts, the Mexican carnitas at the food court were tasty. You can dine in for breakfast at the Half Cracked restaurant or have a breakfast sandwich or fruit at the food court. The pool lunch options were also decent Dawn at the pool was amazing! The bartender at the reflections poolside bar had excellent recommendations for food options. The fine dining steakhouse restaurant was also delicious. Overall the stay was wonderful other than being awaken at 2:00am due to a false fire alarm. You can also venture outside the resort but you need a car to go shopping, Fisherman’s Village and restaurants outside the resort. "

"The room was clean. Parking was very easy was able to walk to gators restaurant and bar. For the price would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here with our kids and grandkids during their spring break. The house and location is great. The house is very nice, clean and has plenty of supplies. The pool and hot tub in the lanai overlooking the canal were enjoyed greatly by all. There is a grill, table and plenty of seats to relax and enjoy the views and activity on the canal. The grandkids enjoyed fishing from the dock and we all took advantage of the two kayaks and paddleboard. It is a short paddle to the harbor and mangroves. It is also very easy to get to stores, restaurants and the nearby park. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it."

"Great place to stay. Host was great and let us go in a few minutes early to use the bathroom. Responded very quick any time we had concerns. There was ants eating a dead roach and a couple of other live roaches running around but we killed them and didn’t have any other issues (giving some grace because it is Florida). Could use a good dusting as there’s lots of spiders in corners, etc. The biggest let down was that when we booked we let the host know that we specifically wanted the pool heated as we planned to spend a lot of time in it and that’s why we chose the house. He sent a video of how to turn the heat on but unfortunately the water was too low and the filter was so dirty that the heat wouldn’t turn on. So we missed out on the first night of swimming, I requested the next morning for a pool person to come check it out and they were there within a few hours but it’s a very large pool so it wasn’t warm enough to swim until our second full day (only had 3 full days there). So that was a bummer and I feel like we wasted some money in that aspect. Based on reviews, the pool not being heated seems to be a common issue. Hopefully they can get that figured out and it would be a great place! "

"The house was clean and the kitchen was very will stocked. There was a big shed in the backyard that had bikes and everything you could need for a day at the beach. There was also a smaller shed full of tons of pool toys n floats. The backyard was a nice relaxing oasis for our family. "

"Beautiful home and pool. Beata was such a great hostess. She had fresh flowers, candy, fruit, champagne and water for us when we arrived. The home was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool was warm and very clean and the outdoor area was wonderful for relaxing in the sun. Highly recommend!!"
