"The staff and the amenities were great - the fitness room was spectacular, the choices for food in food hall were also wonderful. My only issue was that they do not tell you up front when you book about some of the fees, including $100 per night for our 12 pound dog without even the dog parks advertised as they were destroyed by the hurricane. Which is OK, but then $100 seems steep. Otherwise i loved the place."

"It was an amazing place, the host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The host went above and beyond in my opinion after our stay. One of the boys left clothes in the dryer and I was immediately contacted about it, he made arrangements to get to my family who lives in Florida. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Port Charlotte area."
