She answered all my questions, sent me helpful info for weathering the storm, and stayed in touch, updating when she had any new information. Being there with my son and having no one to rely on, I felt so much less alone. I’ve mentioned how grateful I was that I rented from her specifically every time someone asks how my trip was."
