"Kitchen was fully equipped with all of the essentials, including spices and other supplies. You can watch the sunset direct from your balcony. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Beach chairs, boogie board and beach cooler were all included for use. Beach towels and bath towels included as well. Pool was nice, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Would highly recommend!"

"The unit was very convenient, spacious and had everything we needed to have a great stay. The washer/dryer in the unit was a blessing, especially when you have two little ones! The only thing I had issues with was the cleanliness of the floor and insects in the apartment, even though we did not bring cardboard and left any open food in the refrigerator."

"This little condo is a great value! It is located just a few minutes walk from Charley Young/Kamaole I beaches, and easy walks to groceries and restaurants right along S. Kihei Road. The beds were comfy, they had all the beach essentials, full kitchen equipped to cook meals, and books and games we used during the most recent Kona storm. A few little extras that many other condos don't have: room darkening curtains (in both the bedroom and living room), a better than average washer/dryer set, dedicated parking spots and a bedroom that is situated away from the outdoor corridor so that it made for very quiet nights. We experienced a couple of minor maintenance issues during our stay and the property manager addressed them in about 12 hours. We did not need to use the AC units bc temps were very balmy and we found the ceiling and floor fans sufficient. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the property as well. All in all, I feel that this is a great little condo that fit the needs of our family of three. We really enjoyed our stay despite the fact that we were there during the Kona storm and experienced issues related to that. Both the owner and the property manager were helpful and friendly when I had questions. "

"Excellent location to everything. Great view from the top floor. Grounds are clean and well kept, 3 pools which is nice but they are smaller than most places. Only complaint is that all the doors in the whole building slam shut super easy."

"Terrific location. Maybe the best location I could’ve asked for. The photos shown were not of the suite we stayed in and not the same address originally given. Stained, water damaged wall in the bathroom. Bathroom stinks a bit, and not just from dropping a duece. Missing specified amenities, like hair dryer and Netflix, which were remedied same day once complaints were made. Cockroaches are common in Maui apparently. I don’t appreciate being bait and switched, but the location more than made up for it. Don’t hesitate to stay with this agent, it is definitely suitable, just Don’t expect it to match the photos on Expedia "
